How to create loop

Hello,

First sorry for my english !

I cannot loop if a condition is not met.

I would like to receive an email notification when a task is finished, but if there are two tasks, I received two emails (one email per task) so I created a condition, to receive an email only from the task which is finished and not the other, it works.

Unfortunately the flow of the other task also ends, so when I finish the second task on planner I do not receive the email.

Could someone tell me how to loop if the condition is "no" so that it replay the flow?

I am enclosing a diagram of the flow that I created.

Thank you !

    Hi @ReLiK ,

Could you please explain your flow in English?

I suggest that you could create the task in the provided flow when a new response is submitted.

And you could create another flow to send an email when a task is finished.

    Hi @v-alzhan-msft

    Of course,

    - Step 1 : My client completes a form indicating his email and an order number

    - Step 2 : Planner creates a task including the order number in a specific compartment (Order Preparation)

    - Step 3 : When the technician finishes the task :

    • Planner must create a task in another compartment (Order Shipment)
    • And send an email to the client

    - Step 4 : When the techncian finishes the task (Order Shipment) :

    • Send email to the client

In reality there would be more steps than that but it is for the example ...

And i cannot create another flow because I could not (or I do not know how to do it?) retrieve the client's email in the dynamic field.

    Thanks

    Hi @ReLiK ,

You need to save the save the client's email  in a field(such as description) of the task when create the task in the first flow.

    Hi @v-alzhan-msft

    Ok it works,

So I created a task as you explained, which retrieves the email address provided in the form and which puts it in description in the task :

    2020-05-27_09-33-17.png
Then I created a flow which is executed when a task is finished but with a condition on the compartment :

    2020-05-27_09-38-56.png

To retrieve the compartment id (bucket ID), in planner, right click on the page via a browser => inspect the element

    2020-05-27_09-46-11.png

The id appears in the code:

    2020-05-27_09-56-50.png

It works perfectly, if the completed task is part of such compartment, it sends such mail, otherwise the flow is canceled.

    Best regards
