How to Create Dynamic MailTo Link to Embed in Approval

I did a search but didn't see any good guides to this. I have an approval flow, and I want to embed a link that opens a "new email" window and pre-populates the recipients, title, a few skipped lines, and some body text. Can someone point me to a good guide for this?
