I'm getting a random and occasional fail on a Power Automate I have with the Error detail: An item with the same key has already been added.
The automate runs when a new item added to a SharePoint list, it creates the team and then a number of channels. Most of the time, the flow runs without an issue, the team is spun up, owners added and the channels created. Then on the odd occasion the flow fails, and the strangest thing is that it's not on the same channel, it's on different ones. These are brand new teams with nothing on them.
I saw someone else posting about this 15 days ago on another forum: sharepoint online - Create New Channel Action Error "An item with the same key has already been added" - Stack Overflow so it made me think I can't be the only person who is getting this so figured asking might get me somewhere!
