SQL Azure Execute Stored Procedure Failing due to OUTPUT parameter size

Hello

We are experiencing major issues this morning with flow!

Any flows which use the 'Execute Stored Procedure' and have an OUTPUT parameter are failing with the error below:

"message": "Target stored procedure does not contain 'Size' property for one of the Output parameters. All output parameters with variable length types must have 'Size' property defined. Please check stored procedure definition.String[3]: the Size property has an invalid size of 0."

These flows have been running perfectly fine for months and seemingly overnight, they have all stopped working!

When I check my stored procedures, they all have size parameters against the OUTPUTs and always have done! E.g. below:

Also when I run the SP manually in SSMS, it runs perfectly fine!

Please could this be looked at with a matter of urgency!

We have multiple PowerApps across the business which are now failing due to this issue!
