Hello everyone!

I would like to know the limit of bots created for PVA in teams since i didn't find information about it and my account agent doesn't know.

I know in the past we had 500 limit bots created, but if you look at the documentation, now we don't have this information specified: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2085130

I don't think there is actually a limit on the number of bots you can create in Teams. There are limits on the number of Topics you can have in a bot (250) and the number of bot sessions a user can initiate in 24 hours (10). Those are covered in the service limits document @renatoromao mentioned. So although you can create a large number of bots, there is a realistic limit on how big they can be and how many people can use them.

The 250 topics limit is per bot. The documentation incorrectly said 1,000 for PVA for Teams. Its been reported and is being fixed, but I don't think the edit has hit yet. Regular PVA has a limit of 1,000 topics per bot.
