Hi @FOX23
This post from @michelcarlo seems to be exactly what you are looking for:
Creating a Planner Plan and adding it as a tab to the General channel of a Teams team using Power Automate & Microsoft Graph - michelcarlo
Unfortunately, the HTTP call used "Send an HTTP request" has been deprecated and the V2 version that is available is restricted in it's use. In the long term you may need to use the HTTP action which is Premium.
I was able to download the example that Michel Carlo created from here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/planner-post-plans?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http&WT.mc_id=M365-MVP-5004644
This is the link from his web page as well. The Imported flow worked for creating the Planner tab in Teams.

Thanks, I found this too but it did not work beause of Send an HTTP request is deprecated.
Thanks for the feedback Mark.
An alternative approach is with the HTTP with Azure AD connector. This is not deprecated but is a premium connector:https://michelcarlo.com/2023/09/01/using-the-http-with-azure-ad-connector-in-power-automate-to-create-planner-plans-and-add-them-as-teams-tabs/
