How to fill fields from form into word

Can someone explain how to take form data and fill in a word doc and then send as attachment in a MS Power Automate

Desired steps:

1. User submits MS Form.

2. Start approval.

3. Approval confirmed.

4. Send email to confirmed person with word doc attachment that has fields filled based on MS Form submitted earlier.
