Avoid repeating email responses

tHi group:
I use a Power Automate flow (in the cloud) to respond in a personalized way to Outlook emails that users send me to request information about their expenses. The flow is executed when the word “expense” appears in the “subject” of the email.
In OneDrive I have the Excel table, with the user data such as ID, Name, email, amount and I also have another field called “Sent”. This field by default has the value “No”, but when the flow automatically replies to the user's email, it is updated to “Yes”.
The problem is that if the user responds to the email sent by Power Automate, the email is sent again with the information that has already been sent.
I would need that once the “Sent” field has the value “Yes”, it does not send the response email again.
It would also need the process to be executed when the word “expense” or the word “cost” appears in the subject of the user's email (currently it is only executed if it contains the word “expense”)

This is the trigger i need  when a new email arrives:
@or(contains(toLower(triggerBody()?['Subject']), 'cost'),contains(toLower(triggerBody()?['Subject']), 'expense'))
but only works with the second value.
What is wrong?

in the attached file, i show my flow desing
In the last step is where when the email has been sent, the value of "Sent" field changes to "Yes"

So i need to add a new condition  tp the flow to avoid sending emails where "sent" field value is "Yes"
Thank’s for your time and your help.
Best regards

@Rafa_Gr It's hard to offer any recommendations without seeing your full flow and the logic behind it. If you are using the new designer, toggle it off and click each action to expand it. Upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode.

Assuming that you are using an automated trigger—it's best practice to use trigger conditions in your flow. You might be interested in this YT Tutorial:

Trigger conditions can be set in most flow triggers. These conditions you set must be true for the trigger to fire.
In this Power Automate tutorial, I’m going to show you how to use trigger conditions in your flows to control when your Power Automate flows trigger. If your plan has flow run limits—you can avoid triggering your flows unnecessarily by using trigger conditions.

I’ll cover four different flow examples that would benefit from trigger conditions:
⚡️ Triggering a flow when a column is changed to a specific value
⚡️ Triggering a Flow When an Event Updated or Deleted
⚡️ Triggering a Flow When a New Folder is Created
⚡️ Triggering a Flow When a Specific Email is Received

I’ll also show you a trick on how to easily create the expressions needed and give you a few tips on how to troubleshoot your flow.
