Power BI +Power Automate to send email subscription

I have a requirement in Power BI to send email subscriptions of a report to external users at 10AM. However, before sending the email subscription, I need to ensure that the report has refreshed on the current day. Since my report refreshes throughout midnight and finishes at different time, I cannot use the "After data refresh (once daily)" option provided.

To overcome this, I am considering utilizing Power Automate. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could guide me on how to achieve this task effectively using Power Automate.

Why not? What's the fixation with 10:00am ?

What should be included in the email were you to send it from Power Automate ?
