I've got a flow that is automatically triggered when an Excel file is created on a SharePoint document library. The flow then takes the data and sends an HTTP POST request to MS Graph to add said data into another Excel table. Recently I've been seeing duplicates created at my end table because the HTTP request fails and then retries.
What could be causing this and is there a possible workaround?
