I don't know if my "Title" is describing what I am looking for. But I have 2 screens and both are different SharePoint lists. The first screen (As in the below picture) is more general information for the user.
For the second screen, the user can create multiple requests for the claim (Which you can see below picture). But the thing is to request multiple claims they will need to create the "new" request in screen 1 as well (which you see has 2 lines) and then click add in screen 2 where the detailed information will appear. But I want to eliminate where they need to create the new request in screen 1 (You can say I want screen 1 acting as a parent while screen 2 acting as a child).
my question is what can I do to let the user create multiple requests in screen 2 it will all be under 1 create a new request in screen 1 and let it only show 1 row in the SharePoint list but with multiple requests in it. (I hope I make some sense of what I am writing).
