Get User (V2) throws 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ResourceNotFoundException' Error suddenly

Hi there,
I have a couple of flows that are, for a few weeks only, returning this error when trying simply to go through the 'Get User Profile (v2)' step:

Get User (V2) throws 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ResourceNotFoundException' Error suddenly

I have made some further investigation and came to the following "coincidence": it looks like at least until the user account has gone through the MFA setup / SSPR enrollment, flow will return this error.

Has anyone else came across the same behaviour?
Is there a way to "filter" such case, to avoid errors? I tried the 'run after', but not successful either...

Thanks in advance for any feedback,

Cheers,

    Hi @tomllp,

Instead of the Get User Profile (v2) you could also use the Send an HTTP request action of the same connector.

In the HTTP request you can filter to find the user. If that comes up with an empty result it wouldn't error like the Get User Profile (v2). And you can also check if it found a matching user in a condition.

Below is an example HTTP request for retrieving an account

Thank you for the hint, ashamed I did not think about checking this.
Through the HTTP request, it finds the user, and does not throw any error...

I have read some articles on the 'Get user provile' returning errors that got fixed "by themselves".... I hope this is not that...

    Tom.
