What Challenges and Benefits of Including Apps and Automate Flows in a Power Apps Solution?

I am a novice Power Platform user, and I have created a solution in a Power Apps sandbox environment. The solution primarily consists of Dataverse tables, without including the apps and automate flows I developed.

I realized later that it is better to include the related apps and automate flows in a solution. However, in my current situation, I have not included them. If I were to separately migrate the solution, apps, and automate flows to a production environment, what issues could arise? Will it consume more space or lead to other potential considerations that I need to be aware of?

If it is recommended to include everything in the solution, what are the benefits and potential challenges? How does it compare to not including them in the solution?

One of the key advantages of utilizing a Solution container for your application and workflow is effective Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). It is crucial to avoid making changes directly to a live application and flow, as this can lead to serious consequences. Instead, it is advisable to work and test on your application and flow within an environment that does not disrupt the users or introduce false data into the Production Database or SharePoint (SP) List.

These variables not only regulate the behaviour of connections within your applications and flow but also extend to your Sites and Lists contained within them. By properly configuring and setting these variables, you can ensure a dynamic transition of your solution from the Development stage to Production.
