HTTP Time-out setting with ISO 8601 compliant entry returns errors

Hi, whenever I set the Timeout to an ISO 8601 compliant value (including the example value given), I get errors. 

Any ideas as to how set this? Or is this a bug?

    @v-jefferni , My apologies. I just noticed it is a custom connector, not standard HTTP.  Let me continue the hunt on my end. Thanks for your prompt response!!
