How to make power app that accepts an Excel of standard format from users and append that excel data to another excel

I want to make a power app, which would be used by multiple users, who upload a excel sheet of standard format with 1000's of records. Then we need to check if we have all the columns properly aligned and append the data in excel to an excel hosted at some SharePoint location. Quick responses with solutions would be helpful.
