I am trying to setup a flow to trigger when a form is submitted and I created the form.
But when looking for a form ID [Pick a form] "A form Id is required"
It states test connection failed when trying to setup the first step. The connections list shows
live.com#mypersonalemailaddress@outlook.com ! (Red exclamation mark)
Invalid connection
live.com#mypersonalemailaddress@outlook.com
live.com#mypersonalemailaddress@outlook.com
live.com#mypersonalemailaddress@outlook.com
live.com#mypersonalemailaddress@outlook.com
When I try any of the others listed they then show the same error
When I try to add a new connection (using same email address) I get the same
The Flow checker allows me to check and the [Pick a form] box in the setup states "Could not retrieve values. Required user login" But I am logged in as I can see my profile avatar with that email address
Can someone help?
When will personal subscriptions be able to access to power flows?
I'm hoping someone here can help. I've taken over previous written flows and I'm trying to fix a connections in multiple flows. The account is an Office 365 account but when I deleted the previous Office.com account, (even though the email address associated with the office.com account was never a personal account) I can't change the connection to an Outlook Office 365. How can I change this connection from trying to log into Outlook.com to logging into Outlook on Office.
Thanks, didn't realize this (personal) account type doesn't have access to Flow integration. Thanks for your help.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Unfortunately, your current account cannot be used to create MS Forms connection.
Personal accounts can only use MS Forms preview at present, which is different from MS Forms currently supported in MS Flow.
The account you use to create MS Forms connection requires an O365 subscription. You are currently using a personal account, so it cannot be used to create a connection.

Best Regards,
Hi @Anonymous the first thing I would look at is to go to Data -> Connections and delete all those multiple connections for outlook.com . Then create a new one and see if that helps.
