How long the power automate approval history data will be available in the system?

I can see last 2 months data in the system. Will this be cleared or will it be there in the system forever?

    @Bala9677

    My understanding is that the approval history is available for 28 days.  Run history is available for 30 days.

    Thanks @ScottShearer  but if the approval history is available for 28 days, then I can see 2 months ago approval history(Please see the screenshot above).

    Hello @Bala9677

    28 days, per GDPR (the same as approval history in the Power Automate website).

    If you want to log all the Approvals history, watch this video:

    All of the Approvals data is stored in Dataverse and will stay there even after 28 days. So if you have a premium license, you can build something yourself that looks up the data from these tables (Approvals, Approval Request and Approval Response).

    Or you can build your own list in SharePoint that contains all of the Approvals

    Hi Guys,

    This is my screen shot, the data are still existing from last year. Also, I am looking for a solution somehow can remove the history for Power automate approval.

    You can do it by removing the related items from the Dataverse tables I mentioned above. But why would you want to do that?

    I will try, Thanks a lot
