"Unable to connect to remote Server" FTP issue

Dear Team,

I am receiving this error while trying to connect to FTP server inside the firewall from flow(India region). Same server I am able to connect when I try from another login(US region).

The network team also tried by removing all firewall rules, but still India region login is unable to connect to FTP server and transfer files.

Connection Used: I have created a normal FTP connection with port 21 in the flow.

This was working correctly for the last 2 yrs but issue started from 17th April 2021.

Can you provide flow url and gateway logs

Hi Kierian,

I am not using any gateway, as I am able to connect directly.
Flow URL: https://india.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/?auth_upn=bi.admin%40embassyindia.com&utm_source=office&utm_medium=app_launcher&utm_campaign=office_referrals&showFeaturedTemplates=true
