Service account needs to get re-authenticated daily

Hi All,

I am using a service account to send all Email alerts, so they don't come from the creator of the FLOW.

This user needs to get re-authenticated daily for different FLOWS.

Is there a way to see all FLOWS this user is connected to?

Why do they lose rights?

Is there way to keep all the connection alive all the time?
