If(
IsBlank(FC_Code_Dropdown.SelectedText),
Filter(
'Vehicle 관리 App Vehicle Master',
StartsWith(Vehicle_SerialNo, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
StartsWith(Return_Request_From_Ops_new, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
StartsWith(Vehicle_Type, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
StartsWith(Vehicle_Model, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
StartsWith(Vehicle_Status, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
StartsWith(FC_In_Use, Search_TextInput.Text)
),
Filter(
'Vehicle 관리 App Vehicle Master',
FC_In_Use = FC_Code_Dropdown.SelectedText.Value &&
StartsWith(Vehicle_Type, Search_TextInput.Text)
)
)

I am using the same formula as above.
As shown in the first screen, I would like to search for multiple items in the primary filtered list through the dropdown, but only one column can be searched and further progress will not work.
Please help.

    Hi Huey
    Is this what you are trying to do ?
    Filter(
       'Vehicle 관리 App Vehicle Master',
       (
          StartsWith(Vehicle_SerialNo, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
          StartsWith(Return_Request_From_Ops_new, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
          StartsWith(Vehicle_Type, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
          StartsWith(Vehicle_Model, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
          StartsWith(Vehicle_Status, Search_TextInput.Text) ||
          StartsWith(FC_In_Use, Search_TextInput.Text)
       ) &&
       (
          Len(FC_Code_Dropdown.Selected.Value) = 0 ||
          FC_In_Use = FC_Code_Dropdown.Selected.Value
       )
    )
