Power Automate duplicates approvals every day at 5

Hello!  Everyday if an approval has not been completed for some reason Automate will duplicate it and send another email and copy the file if there is one.  I have not changed anything in the approval and we have been using it for about 6 months now. This just started last week.  Any help would be amazing.

    My understanding is that the Power Automate team is aware of this issue and that it should be resolved within the next few days.
