I am following the documentation to display a virtual agent chat bot to my Portals and looks ok if I wanted to have it in a single page, but that doesn't full-fill my requirement
I need to display it in every page, so for this I am adding the iframe in the Tracking Code, that's fine I can now see my chat in every page, but it this is loading a new iframe, it doesn't keep the session, if I start a conversation, navigate to a different page, it will load a blank conversation instead of keeping my session / conversation
is there a way to keep that session?
