SharePoint List - Suddenly Stopped working Access Denied

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

I have a series of flows which have suddenly stopped working with an "Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource."

The flows have always previously worked, the account has Full Control over the SharePoint Site and the List itself. Have tried creating a new connection, exporting and reimporting the flow as a new flow and have tried with a seperate account which has only Full Control on the site and the list. Everything continues to throw up this Access Denied message. Furthermore this behaviour is happening for most of the lists on the site but there are 2 or 3 which doesn't throw it up.

Is there some ongoing service degredation with Flow that might explain this behaviour?

    Hi @ Disambiguation,

Are you using SharePoint Online, or SharePoint On-premise connection?

Could you please share a screenshot of the flow’s running details?

    Regards,
    Alice Zhang

It's SharePoint online, as the trigger and the connections won't authenticate the Flow just doesn't fire so there aren't any running details to share unfortunately. Here's a screenshot of the errorCapture.PNG

Do you think someone from your team could just reset the OAuth token for me and then we can see if that fixes it or not?
