Restrict SharePoint list view to existing site members

Hello,

I'm working for a company using SharePoint, and we have set permissions using group membership for all company employees. Now I'm going to create a new list, but this time I want employees can only see their own items, not others (for confidentiality reason).

I'm using power automate, and trying to send link of specific items in email to relevant employees. However, they can still go upper level of the site and browse all contents of the list (perhaps the group membership allows them to view the site). Is there any method to set security restriction (like Power BI RLS) in SharePoint list view?

Thank you!

Edward

@EdwardWang please go to the list settings->Advanced settings and check this radio button as shown in highlighted

By doing this setting users will only be able to see items created by them and will not be able to see items created by others.
