Save email from Outlook to Sharepoint

Hello,

I'd like to be able to create a flow that would take an email from a O365 mailbox and save it into a folder in Sharepoint online using a code that would be entered into the subject line ending with a # (i.e. A0123# moving to A0123 folder). Has anybody done this?

Richard

Do you want the email itself or attachements on the email?

Do you want to do this on every email you receive?

    Hi Pieter,

    Thanks for your reply.

    1. Ideallly I'd like to save the message and attachements although they could be separated if necessary.

    2. I planned to set up a mailbox that we'd forward emails to so every email in that box.

    Thanks

    Hi @ bangorkeith,

Do you want to save all the emails from Outlook and you plan to save the emails to sharepoint or set up a mailbox that you'd forward emails to?

I think the second plan would be more easier and simple.

If you want to save the emails to sharepoint, you shoule save the attachments to a sharepoint library and then create a sharepoint list to save the subject of the email in it,you could create the flow as screenshot below:

When a new email arrives, the flow would run successfully as below:

If you would like to set up a mailbox that you'd forward emails to, you could create a flow as below:

The flow would run successfully as below:
