The specified object was not found in the store

Hello all,

I am making a flow that goes off on the trigger 'When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox' but I am getting the error message on run:

The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.
clientRequestId: 292964db-f3e7-4d78-b584-b7a4a2d46184
serviceRequestId: e21cbc26-8068-41c5-90b1-aad0a4ace53f

From some searching the web I learned this is most likely a rights issue where the current user hasn't access to this shared emailbox.

But I am not very familiar with the back workings of office / exchange so my question is what should my account be permitted to do? should it be part of the shared email adres or does it need other specific rights ?

For me the answer was rebuilding the mailbox:

    Hello,

I had the same issue and after lot of testing with permissions on Exchange online and finding workarounds I can confirm the following two solutions for this type of error:

1- If you must use the send an email from a shared mailbox v2 the user running the flow must have permissions to open the mailbox and use it as its owner.

2- an alternative to this as I didn't see any difference in functions is to use he send  an email v2 and expand the advanced option and type in the send from mailbox, you also still need to have permission to send as that mailbox but not necessary to be able to open that mailbox. this is for security concerned people that don't want to allow a generic or any user to open a mailbox as owner and send emails from it.

I also gave a gmail account and dragged the message into the gmail trash. IT WORKED 🙂

    This is because of:

    To Resolve:
You can change the action to: Send an Email (V2) then if expand all the available options, you can change the FROM (Send as) to any mailbox you have permission to send.

Mark if it resolved your issue. Hope this help! 🙂

Thank you for posting this. I just had the same problem and accessing through outlook.com didn't fix it but gave me the idea to use a different shared mailbox which has resolved the problem for now.

    Thanks!

    I had the same issue.

What worked for me in less than 5 minutes?

To make a copy of the flow as described here.

Thanks @mattym !  Doing the outlook.com login did the trick for me.  I can't imagine how much time I'd have wasted banging my head on this in the absence of your tip.  Thanks so much!

One thing of note for others: Make sure OWA is enabled for the users (in Exchange administration), otherwise you won't be able to login via the Web and use this "kickstart" method.
