Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on daily audits within my company, and I am using Power Automate to take the Forms responses into a sharepoint List into an outlook email.
I created 2 flows, but now i'd like to get an email depending on my forms answers.
So each question can only take 0 or 1 as an answer, and if I answer 0, a comment section appears on Forms.
My idea is to send an email and the body would only contains the 0 answers with the comment related to it.

Here you can see that all the criterias are displayed, either with 0 or 1 as an answer.
In that case I'd like Criteria 4 and 5 to be displayed with comments 4 and 5 only.
I really don't know if it's possible or not, but I'm asking help for poeple who knows better !
