Your import hangs because the environment variables screen can’t load — usually due to:

Broken SharePoint connection → Re-authenticate the SharePoint connection in prod.
Browser/session issue → Try Incognito or another browser.
Missing variable/connection reference → Create them in prod before importing.

Quick fix: Pre-create the needed environment variables and connection references in prod, then re-import.

    Click Connections
Select SharePoint and Create and Authenticate Connection

Now then try to import the soluitons

From the screenshot, it seems there’s bad metadata in the solution, so we need to identify it.
Double-check: Make sure all connections and environment variables are already created in production with the same names as in development before importing the solution.
Check the browser console: Open DevTools (F12) → Console tab during the import to see if there’s a JavaScript error pointing to a specific variable or connection.
Minimize the solution in dev: Remove unused components, keeping only those that have changes or are required (including their dependencies), to reduce the solution size and potential issues.

@CU14081519-3 no still the same issue, i do not think there is anything we can do, as seems it is something at the microsoft end..

I have been experiencing this issue also. Microsoft are aware and have posted a support ticket with some potential solutions.

We are currently trying them to see if they fix the issue, but so far no luck.
