I need your help for some actions to get work in my approval flow.
Brief Description of flow : my flow is about sending approval when file is created in certain folder of SITE1. It moves file to another folder of SITE1 and from there it copies my file to one drive in order to convert it into pdf. Now, continue in this flow pdf file has to move in SITE 2 along with all its properties. It works well till to move pdf file in SITE 2's some folder.
However, this pdf file does not take any properties of its original word file's properties even if i have 'GET FILE PROPERTIES' action in my loop. FLOW

FILE AT SITE 1
So can some body please tell me how can I get the properties??
Also, - why my sign off status is not reflecting the response : Approved/ Pending/ Rejected
- And if i want to keep sending approval notification to the approver until file check off status is in pending then, what should i be doin??
