Send one email based on Excel table

I'm working on creating an email notification task reminder. The source file to be used is an Excel file saved on SharePoint.

I'm trying to have the email contain a html table with the tasks each individual is responsible for and send one email to them. Currently, I'm able to get the flow to work but, instead of receiving one email with each task I'm receiving X emails for X amount of tasks associated with me. For example if the Excel file has 3 tasks associated with me I get 3 emails with each email having the same html table.

I believe the reason it's sending multiple emails is because I'm not looping through the emails but I'm not sure how to do that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Below is the Excel table I'm using and the flow.

@helpneededtake2  Use the output from Create HTML table action.

Thanks for the response but, I'm not trying to create a Word document. I would like to send an email. Would you be able to use what I have done and give me an example of where I need to add or take away? I'm new to power automate and am not understanding why you are suggesting I need to create a Word document.

I am not suggesting you to create any word document, it was for reference.

In your case what you need to do is use output from your Create HTML table action in send email action 'TO' field

This is the first flow I've ever created, so I'm not really understanding what exactly you're telling me to do. But I did the following (assuming I followed your direction correctly) and I got an error. Would you be willing you provide an image on what and where I'm suppose to make the changes so that I may follow. Again, I'm new and not understanding.

Move send email action out of apply to each

Take a look at this blog post I wrote on how to do this exact thing.  It shows how to get a distinct list of emails from the master list and then send one email with one html table for each distinct email address.

I need to include the contact in the body of the email. This being a dynamic content, the step automatically makes it go into apply to each 2. How do I include the dynamic content without is changing on me.

Instead of getting just the distinct email addresses to send out include a field for the display name as well.  Then you can use that in the email just like you use the email address.

How would I do that? Apologies if this sounds like a intuitive question but this is the first flow I've created and I don't fully understand how/where I would include that.

If you can wait till tomorrow I can share the flow as it’s late for me.
Also, please share the excel which you are using if you can.

    Thanks
