Name as email address hyperlink

I have a Power App that pulls data from a SharePoint list via a gallery search and displays it in a form. In this data, two of the fields I have are "Supervisor name" and "Supervisor email". The email address is formatted as a clickable link. What I would like to do is to combine these fields into one, so it shows the supervisor's name, but the name is a link that points to the email address. Is this possible? By default, the HTMLText property of the link is

"<a href='mailto:" & Parent.Default & "'>" & Parent.Default & "</a>"

Is it possible to change this so it pulls the email address from the email address field?

You did not post where you are using this, but if in a Form or Gallery
"<a href='mailto:" & ThisItem.'Supervisor email' & "'>" & ThisItem.'Supervisor name' & "</a>"
