Adding Attachment to List item after it uploaded to Group Sharepoint from Microsoft Form

I have created a Microsoft List to track our team's work. I added a Microsoft Form and Automated flow to input the response details as a new line item on the List (with an attachment option). Both the List and Form were made in our group's shared OneDrive not my individual OneDrive. Therefore, any attachments uploaded via the Form are saved in our group's OneDrive.

I have verified that each form submission is creating a new list item and uploading the attachment to the group OneDrive. However, the Automation fails because I get an 'Error 404 - Resource not found'.

I can get this automation to work when the form and attachment is saved on my local OneDrive, but even when I add a time delay of a minute Automate still isn't able to find the file ID i'm referencing. I have full access to the Group OneDrive.

Is Automate looking for the JSON ID on my local OneDrive even though everything points to the group? How do I get it to find the file that I have no trouble seeing?

Here's my overall flow:

I put the form ID from the URL since the dropdown options are only for my personal forms.

I had to really dig through different explanations to even create this flow but this guy's video helped the most: Save Forms 📝 & Attachments📎 in a Sharepoint List - YouTube

Any help is greatly appreciated as I can't find anyone trying to do exactly what I'm doing.
