Latency to get response from MS Form in Power Automate

Hi,

I noticed for the past few days, the responses from MS Form came in quite late into Flow. The latency could be up to 4-6 hours.

Both the MS Form and Flow (Power Automate) belongs to the same owner credential.

The flow is quite straight forwards. Could this be an intermittent issue or it rather a product issue that needs further check by Microsoft Support?

Looking forward to hear some feedback from the community here.

We were experiencing a similar issue with some forms but we found that by changing the way we retrieved the results and remove the apply to each action and replacing it with the Get Response Details action seemed to speed this back up

    Hi Gareth

    Thanks for your reply.

My case could be similar but I think it due to latency from trigger "When a new response is submitted".

That didn't happen in real time(at least not more than 5-10mins delay) but I only get those trigger from flow after 4-6 hours.

    Hi @ZHCheah ,

When a new response is submitted cannot be triggered normally, the Connector Team is addressing this issue.

If there are any updates, we will post back.

    Best Regards,
