Good Day,
I have an Email that sends an HTML table created in power automate flow.
I want to filter the items sent by department depending on the user entry in the powerapps.
Any idea how this can be done by flow?
Hi @Kareem_Shamel ,
It appears that you have found a solution to your issue!
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Flows/filter-not-working/td-p/500553
When we configure the parameters passed by Power Apps, we need to ensure we have assigned an expected value for the parameter in Power Apps.
Please refer to this good example to get more details about adding a flow to Power Apps:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/using-logic-flows
Besides, if you find that solution to be satisfactory, please go ahead and click "Accept as Solution" so that this thread will be marked for other users to easily identify!

Best Regards,
You can use any type , just pass the value form the drop down column.

Yes please can you explain to me how to do this?
You should get the department name from Power Apps (ask in power apps) and use it as filter query in power automate to filter the data (Filter query - Department eq 'departmentname'.
Let me know you have question on how to do this?
