When keyword are mentioned trigger not working

Hi,
I'm having an issue with the "When a keyword is mentioned" trigger in Power Automate. The trigger doesn’t fire when a keyword is mentioned in Microsoft Teams.

I've already tried the following steps, but the issue persists:

  • Changed the connection.

  • Created a new flow from scratch.

  • Switched the Teams channel.

Despite these efforts, the trigger still doesn’t work as expected. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround or a configuration setting I might be overlooking?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Teams triggers stopped working Oct 9, 11.XX PM (or later)
Identified failure of: "when a keyword..", "when chat is added.." Probably more teams triggers,

Microsoft appears to not recognize the issue as per now.
    Service status: No issues found

Still not working here. Does it work for all of you again?

Anybody having this issue again today on 21 Nov 2024?

Tried everything, none is working, some are triggered but the delays are quite long, some not triggered at all.

This is a recurring issue historically, isnt there a permanent fix that Microsoft should apply for this?
