Not entirely sure if this is the right place to put it, but I can't seem to make heads or tails of this.
I've recently taken over an IT environment and got saddled with some flows etc that worked and now don't.
So no worries I thought I'll fix it, but there's some strange behaviour.
Our default environment shows as Europe.
If I go ahead and install an on-prem gateway, which recommends UK south, But i can't use it in the flow assuming this is because the region on the gateway is set to UK South, but the default environment shows as Europe. To use this gateway with flows I have to move my flows to the UK configured Environment
However, If I add an on-prem gateway as North Europe (recommended: UK South) it works fine with flows but then tells me Power BI: Not available, can't be used outside your default environment. As far as I can see the default environment region is Europe, so why would it tell me that?
Now it's not a big issue as we don't have any (currently active) powerBi's, and I'll just have to install an extra gateway as UK south to sort it if or when we need it for powerBi (or do an overhaul with downtime etc). but why does it tell me it's not my Default environment, even though it cleary shows it is in the regions settings for the environment (see earlier image), what am I missing here?
