How to design Table layout (Static Content) other than Gallery ?

Still. I believe the data comes from Datasource. If this is true, we can use DataTable to display the content
Questions are static and we are not storing anywhere. However, other fields like dropdown, comments and action no are saved in a list. Any other option ?
The right design is to store the question as well in the data source and use Gallery. We can use track the answers to that questions using Lookup.
For example, we have designed many applications that related to COVID has a basic standard question, but still, we stored it in the data source to track it easily.

Because the use of Gallery is conducive to typesetting, it is usually used to display the table layout data.If you insist on not using Gallery, you can also add controls one by one and typeset manually.
