Creating a Power Automate Flow with a Copilot Element

Has anyone created a flow: 

1.) Opens a link in Excel table to a word doc

2.) Runs a copilot prompt on the word doc

3.) Appends the prompt output (which is a table) to the original table

 

I see some Copilot connectors but no connectors for opening links.
