Power Automate Desktop Email Move to folder based on Excell Subject

Dear Expert,

 

I have few email in Folder A out of few email subject to be move Folder B

Automate should open Excel Read my Subject manage in excel the which should be move between Folder A >B

 

How Power Automate Desktop could trigger?

    in my case, subject dynamic it could be vary as per many list in excell,

    eg:

    Customer information 000001 and Customer information 000008 need to move folder A to B

    but "Customer information 000002" doesn't want to move
    so system should read my excel sheet for trigger.

    Hi @Wasfi ,

     

    You can do that in a cloud flow and do not need Power Automate Desktop.  Here, you can use an instant trigger (where you start it manually) and this will look for all emails that contain this subject.

    Next you will use the Move email action.  When you refer to the messageid of the get items action, it will automatically wrap this in an apply to each step (so for each email it finds it will move each one, one at a time in a loop).  Next you select the folder you want to move them to, save and test.
