Planner not retaining Microsoft Form details when new task is submitted

I am trying to find a way to populate details entered in the form into the Planner when I create the flow. Everything works and I get a notification when a new task is submitted. However, I cannot find the details of the form in the Planner, and it comes as an empty task with all the details to be filled by me. I am wondering what am I missing here? I would appreciate the help. Is Response ID a default value or I need to put something else there within the Get Response details?

    The ID is good.

Question though: You said that the Task is blank, but I only see you trying to add the Email (I am guessing of the Submitter??) as the Task Name/Title?

I do not see anything else?

Also, you need to do multiple things

    1. Create the Task
    2. Then populate the task details action using the ID of the Task you created above and probably the details from the Form.

The above 2 actions you are sharing, will not populate a Planner task

Does that answer what you need to do? Again I apologize, but there isn't enough information above, as it looks like you ARE creating a Task, but I see no actions to populate it with anything but the bucket and some of the standard things.

If this answers your question Please Mark as such and maybe a like

After I am certainly happy to help you more (either way), just need to be clear with your entire flow, then share pictures of the email etc about the task. But atm it is doing what I expect (which is a nearly blank task)
