As a reminder, I have to bulk forward already sent emails from a shared mailbox to the same recipient.
I created the following Desktop-Flow to solve the problem:
The emails from the shared mailbox are collected in RetrievedEmails and in a for...each loop i cut the first line from the body as salutation and forward the email to the currentitems To: recipient.
That worked well except for the formatting of the reminder body.
In Dynamics 365, I also have an automated cloud-flow with contact create as a trigger which fills in the salutation field.
So, while importing contacts I tested the Desktop-Flow to adjust the reminder body.
Ever since then, the unformatted reminder is sent to every contact I create in dynamics.
I deleted both flows, uninstalled PAD but it is still running. I cannot find the flows listed anywhere.
How do I stop it?
Any suggestions urgently needed and appreciated.
