Help Creating an Automated Process for Alerts in Teams

I need help creating an automated process to share alerts in a Team of suspects who have stolen. There should be some type of form for someone to fill out that includes an image of the individual that is then posted in a Teams channel. The location selected in the form should send the alert to a specific channel.
 
Example: Onalaska would go to the Western Market channel, West Allis would go to the South East Market channel. 
 
Please provide thorough detail on how to accomplish this and how I should get ahold of you if I have questions.

    I would suggest you start building your process and then come back and ask a specific question when you run into an issue. If you're not sure how to get started, I would suggest you create a Microsoft Forms form with an attachment field to upload the image. You would then create a workflow that triggers when a new response has been submitted. You can then get the forms response and post it to Teams.
     
    Unless you're willing to pay someone consulting fees, I don't think you'll get many people posting their contact information in these forums. If you really expect someone to do that, you should include your contact information. That way, if someone is interested, they can contact you instead.
