pending and pending and then collapsed.
What would it be?
Uses are experiencing this same issue, intermittently.

What happened with Powerapps. All apps can't run.
Since Monday, 01/16/23, we have been experiencing slowdowns in the Power Apps app, and they even crash and display this message: No response from https://pa-static-ms.azureedge.net. By Edge and Chrome browsers, already by cell phone and tablets are working normally. We need Microsoft to resolve this instability as soon as possible.

It is related to a browser issue that Microsoft is apparently aware of and working on: Support | Microsoft Power Apps
Yes - I had our users switch to Edge and this appears to be a solution to this error.
