Having trouble getting responses from a MS Form to send to Jira Service Desk

Currently i have created a Flow that should take responses from a MS Form and have them create a ticket in Jira Service Desk. The problem that i am running into is that the flow is stopping at Get Response Details with resource not found so i can test the rest of my flow. Here is what i am seeing:

Hi @NWeev

Your get response step needs to go after your trigger. It will only get one response per trigger, so there is no need for a loop.

The trigger is the step ahead in submitting the form so i am still getting issues when i move it around

Hi @NWeev ,

I'm replying on behalf of myself - as I am locked out of @DamoBird365 - sad times 😞

You don't need an apply to each, this flow is triggered once per form submission. I.e. every time a user completes the form, the flow will run and get the response details of that submission only.

Therefore your flow should look like follows:
