Want to know how can i auto delete SharePoint list data that is stored blank

This is a job for recurrent power automate cloud flow with 2 actions. First, Sharepoint Get items and in filter query put the Odata filter to extract the blank record and second an apply to each action with Sharepoint delete item action.

I think @gabibalaban provides a correct direction. However you could either write a filter query within the Get items action or add a condition to trigger the Delete item action.
Note that you should list all the columns in the Condition tab.
