CRM Connection is not pulling the Organization name - shows "No Items"

I established a CRM connection to my CRM 2016 online Trail version. When I try to use it in my flow I'm not able to select the organization as the organization selection drop menu is not pulling up the organization details and shows "No Items". When I manually enter the org Name or GUID ID i'm getting an errror saying "CRM Instance not found".

My Flow ID : "27af0f98-7172-4e71-aa22-9bee8219faec".  Any help is much appreciated

Even I am facing same issue. One more point I think we have to make the logging better. If I save it with hard coded values & run it then it just fails don't see any logs.

    Hi Ramulkn,

I applied CRM 2016 Online Trail, and I connected it with PowerApps. when I trigger a flow by “when a record is created in CRM”, I was able to select the Organization Name. Below is a screenshot:

    Please provide information about:
1.Can you sign in your CRM 2016 Online Trail and check your contact details as below?

2.Were you able to do any operations on your CRM 2016 Online Trail? For example, crate Leads, Opportunities, etc.
3.When you connected CRM to PowerApps, did you sign in with correct Email and Password?

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

    Hi MabelMao,

Thanks for the reply. I checked my contact details. Everything looks good. Below is the screenshot of it.

I'm able to create/edit/delete records in my CRM trail.

the credentials used are correct and the connection is successful, but not pulling up the organization details in the flow.

I tried with chrome/IE/Edge/Opera browsers also, no difference.

    thanks.

    Hi Ramulkn,

Did you have an Office 365 account and this account don’t have a subscription for CRM? So you applied another account for CRM Online 2016 Trial.
As you connected your CRM trial successfully, when you create a flow with CRM, please confirm the connection which is being used. By default, it would be your Office 365 account, so you need to make sure your Office 365 account has the correct subscription for CRM.

please try if this works for you.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

    Hi MabelMao,

Thanks for looking into this issue. I'm using the same office 365 account only for CRM and the connection I used in the flow is also the same. May be because I 'm using trail version of office 365 and CRM, its not supporting?

    Hello,

even I am facing the same issue .CRM Instance not found

I am using a CRM Online free trial , is it because I am using a free trial? I tried on all the browsers,

I have the identical problem.  My Office 365 tenant includes Dynamics CRM.  I can login to CRM normally using the same O365 credentials.  This seems to be a glitch in Flow.  I have tested with multiple browsers and from different PCs.  Same result.

I am having the same issue. It doesn't matter if the subscription is a trial or a full paid subscription in another tenant. Last night I was able to create a flow in both paid/trial. This morning I went to update the flow and add a CRM record - it can't find the organisation.

Edit. I would not recommend using CRM+Flows in a production environment. IT's too buggy.

    Hi all,

I am bumping to the same problem. I have licences to mutliple Dynamics CRM 365 instances, and the one of the sandboxes aren't shown in the instance selection in flow.  Any workarounds? I have already developed a solution in one of the instances and trying to move to the next one.

    Thanks,

    Max
