Hi,

I just face this issue today with error below in my power automate flow:
Request to the Bot framework failed with error:

ConversationBlockedByUser","message":"User blocked the conversation with the bot

So based on the above error, I tried to replicate by block the workflow and it is proven that the above error only appear when I block the Workflow chat. So I tried to unblock it and try again, somehow the Workflow just did not receive anything at all when previously the flow work just fine. Is there any alternative/fix for this issues?
Update for this test: It does received the approval from chat after a while but I need to wait. And to test that the chat whether work or not I tried by send Learn more to the Workflow chat, it took a while but once the response received, the chat are now able to receive the approval from Workflow chat.

Another new update from user side: I just check directly with the user, the user did not block the workflow chat and this should be his first time to approve but somehow the workflow chat just did not showing in chat even after the approval triggered(the user have the exact error message as above but condition seems to be different from the test). Is there any solution to this?
