Hi Mates,

How to read excel file rows(loop all items), also input file(excel) is from powerapps app only.

Example :

when button clicks Flow has to start.

input parameter is excel file from powerapps (selected attachment excel file) excel file to read and loop all the items.

Can we take input(selected excel )parameter file from powerapps in to flows...?

how to read/loop through excel file rows..?

Can you share more details? Where is the excel file stored? it can be read in flow only if it is stored online like OneDrive or SharePoint.

You can use the list rows present in excel table action and pass the location of the file and then the file identifier from Power Apps and then the table name (it should be a constant one)

because our requirement is file has to select from powerapps.
please reply if any clarifications are required.

If you are passing the file (as in the binary content of the file) from Power Apps then it cannot be opened in flow to get the rows and loop over them.

Thanks for Reply,
we have some update since it is not possible to read file from Powerapps,
now my source file location is OneDrive.
but they want to update in to SQL table.
any idea i can read values from one drive but how to set/assign dynamically set columns to add.
means if excel has extra columns where the target table(sql table) does not exist has to create column and update values as well
Any help here.
