Hi Community,
I have a flow that captures data from a power app and generates an html file that is sent by email. In my email account I have my company account, and a secondary account for a group of users (of which I am the administrator). The problem is that when other users send data from P. Apps, the emails are not sent and in P. Automate the error appears: "You are not authorized to send emails on behalf of the specified sending account. clientRequestId: 944f33a9-a03e-4b74-aed9-f090d0d7537b serviceRequestId: fb4e68d4-4f06-ec43-86b3-aca24542d521". Does anyone know what causes this and if it can be solved? If the flow is mine and I have both accounts configured in my environment, why does the problem occur? In the flow the email has to be sent to people outside the company, will this give the error?. Should I change the type of connector to send the email?.
I have another flow that does something similar and when users send the data the email is sent without problems with a copy to them, from my secondary account.
Thanks¡
