Personal Account (Signed Up Years Ago) Unable to Access Flows for Past Week

Hi. I have a personal account that was used years ago to sign up right when Power Automate came out. Before the whole school or work account was required. And I've been using it for some sandbox and personal flows, no problems except I've had the following error happen a few times since last year and it self-resolved. I've seen a few posts about it, but didn't see anything about particular for how it was actually solved. Anyone have insights?

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '6204c1d1-4712-4c46-a7d9-3ed63d992682' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

Does anyone else have a 'grandfathered' personal account, and if so, are you still able to get to your flows or are you now locked out as well? Support seems impossible to get to from a personal account for Power Automate. I'll try waiting it out again, but thought I'd poke around on the community. I did create a developer account that I intend to move my flows to since this is the third time I've been 'locked out' of my flows since it is a personal email/on an Microsoft default tenant, but I can't copy my flows without being able to access them...I can't even stop them, because the active flows are even running as scheduled despite not letting me get to them. Thanks for any assistance/guidance in advance!

To the best of my knowledge, personal accounts are no longer supported.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!

Yep, you are correct Michael. MS Support responded that there was some banner (which to the best of my knowledge, I never saw) and sent this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/frequently-asked-questions#what-browsers-and-devices-can-i-use-with-power-automate-

"Until July 27, 2025, Power Automate supports work or school email addresses, or anything that doesn't end in .gov and .mil. After July 27, 2025, you're required to sign in with a Microsoft work or school email address. Power Automate will no longer support personal email accounts, such as gmail.com or outlook.com."

I have opinions on how this termination of existing personal accounts effort was handled, but at this point it doesn't change the answer. So if anyone else stumbles into this, that's the official answer.

Fingers crossed support will at least stop my flows that are still running and sending emails as of 9/29/25.
